Job Description
Job DescriptionBenefits:Honovee is looking for an Engineering Project Manager to become an integral part of our team. This position will coordinate efforts across multiple project teams within the program and be the guiding source for developing and sustaining solutions in support of long-term business strategies. This role will integrate with all aspects of the business, but will specifically oversee the programs engineering (design and development), systems(s) testing, cyber security, and network administration efforts. As part of the team, you will also support winning new opportunities through customer engagement and developing responses to RFIs and RFPs. Basic Qualifications:
Experience leading teams
Experience in systems engineering project management and IPT Leadership
Experience presenting to customers and senior management
Experience with capture activities (RFIs, RFPs, white-papers)
Ability to obtain DOD Security Clearance
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (i.e. Engineering, Science, Math, Computer Science or the equivalent)
5+ years of Project/Program Management working with the Federal Government (DoD Systems Experience is preferred). Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and leadership skills
Experience with Agile program execution
