Description

• Manage general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Make sure that the project runs smoothly.
• Arrange contracts and design work.
• Work together with field team to manage project changes & billing.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
• Stay up to date on associated paperwork.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
  (preferred). Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct project management experience
  (preferred):
• Organized, with great attention to detail
• Effective presentation skills both to internal and external groups
• Wellversed in excel and all MS Office Programs
• Strong and proactive communication (written, phone, and inperson)
• Ability to work well with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and the community
