    Job Description

    • Role and Responsibilities:
      • The selected candidate will handle analysis and resolution of software and hardware issues on various devices
      • Perform hardware and software installations, moves, and changes
      • Become familiar with company's infrastructure and key contacts
      • Lead the team and manage SLAs
      • Provide exceptional communication with clients
      • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobility issues
      • Perform server maintenance and backup tape management
      • Ensure proper functioning of equipment
      • Support user needs for various devices in different setups
      • Collaborate with IT teams for service delivery
    • Preferred Skills And Common Tasks On The Job
      • Experience in Windows 10 and Apple Devices support
      • Hardware support and troubleshooting
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      • Basic network troubleshooting
      • Customer service skills
