Bilingual Human Resources Generalist position in Elmwood Park, IL

Lee Hecht Harrison is looking for a Spanish-speaking HR professional to manage the entire People Operations function for a small organization that was started in the late 1800's.

$ $38.46

Per Hour (Depending on Experience & Technical Skillet)

Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 4:30pm (Full-Time; 40 Hours Per Week)

Responsibilities:
Overseeing the staffing process, including recruitment, hiring, & onboarding, while ensuring compliance with regulations (EEOC, etc.).

Developing and maintaining job descriptions, training materials, and performance management programs for employees.

Establishing and updating a compensation & benefits strategy based on market research and surveys, resolving employee issues and conflicts.

Ensuring HR policies are consistently applied, compliance is maintained, and strategic goals are aligned with business initiatives.

Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish)

is highly preferred for this role in order to communicate with all staff members

2-3 years of Human Resources experience in an Industrial / Manufacturing space

Experience in all areas of Human Resources (Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Performance Management, etc.)

Previous experience being the sole HR professional for a small organization is ideal

$33.65 to $38.46 per hour
