- This role encompasses the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, collaborating closely with the organization to drive strategic initiatives
- As the HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources landscape through strategic planning, policy implementation, and program evaluation
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization
- Oversee the management of payroll and benefits administration, ensuring employee compensation and welfare are wellcatered to
- Leverage your expertise to provide training to both managers and employees, ensuring continuous development across the board
- Participates in ongoing training/development/monitoring of staff by the office
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee concerns, maintaining a harmonious work environment
- In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO while also leading various HR functions
- Ensures New Provider Credentialing and Recredentialing is completed in accordance with accreditation standards and policies
- Assists with preparing quarterly reports for health plan submission
- You will handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously, mixing long term projects with the urgency of immediate demands
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualities and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 +years' experience in Human Resources, showcasing progressive responsibility
