    Description

    Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)

    Location: Phoenix, AZ

    Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

    Position Overview: As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management to deliver impactful results.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer engagement, and brand positioning.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights, informing marketing decisions and optimizing campaign performance.
    • Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including campaign planning, content creation, budget management, and performance tracking.
    • Create compelling content for various marketing collateral, including website copy, blog posts, email newsletters, and social media posts, maintaining brand consistency and messaging alignment.
    • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and personalize customer interactions.
    • Monitor key performance metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing, technology, and industry developments, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and optimization.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, campaign management, and content creation.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
    • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to change.
