RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Administration:


  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Sort and scan incoming mail, ensuring it reaches the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital filing systems.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.

Event Setup and Tear Down:


  • Set up and arrange workshop materials and equipment.
  • Ensure that workshop spaces are wellprepared for attendees.
  • Assist with postworkshop cleanup and packing materials.
  • Engage with clients and participants during workshops to facilitate discussions.

General Office Work:


  • Collaborate with team members on various tasks as needed.
  • Handle scheduling and appointment management.
  • Support other administrative duties as assigned
  • Will handle all of the social media marketing and content creation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
  • Selfstarter who can work independently and follow written instructions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in office administration or event coordination is a plus.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour


Expected hours: 35 per week
