    We are excited to be working with Mascoma Bank in the search for their next Chief People Officer.

    With total assets exceeding $2.8B, Mascoma Bank is one of the few financial services companies in New England that is also a Certified B Corporation.

    They have twenty-seven retail branches that serve communities throughout Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.

    Mascoma Bank has several lines of business that include commercial lending, consumer lending, residential lending, community development utilizing the New Markets Tax Credit program, and a full-service wealth management team.

    Reporting to the President & CEO, the Chief People Officer (CPO) is responsible for developing and executing the people resource vision and strategy for Mascoma Bank, demonstrating innovation and leadership in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the bank.

    The CPO oversees all disciplines associated with talent management, talent development, recruitment, compensation, benefits, people resources compliance, and the payroll function with the primary focus on increasing employee engagement and cultivating our purpose driven, inclusive culture.

    The Chief People Officer is an active member of the Senior Leadership Team and a key executive partner who is tasked with facilitating strategic initiatives, change management, and organizational design.
