    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the commercial security industry, and a track record of building and nurturing client relationships. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating existing client accounts, and promoting our suite of security products and services.

    Austin, Texas (Hybrid)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' security requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams members to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
    • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospects and clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
    • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to inform sales strategies and positioning.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on technology solutions or security systems.
    • Understanding of commercial security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
