DIRECTOR OPERATIONS PERFORMANCE AT PRIMEFLIGHT
The Director of Operations Performance is a key figure providing strategic direction and acting as a valuable resource for our Cargo department. This role offers guidance to both direct and indirect reports, aiming to ensure safe and profitable stations that deliver exceptional operational services. The Director drives necessary changes within the company, maintaining a focus on continuous improvements in operational processes, performance, and accountability. Responsibilities also include overseeing stations that operate around the clock, executing corporate initiatives efficiently.
