    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage all construction operations on-site, ensuring strict adherence to project plans, specifications, and deadlines.
    • Supervise subcontractors and vendors, handling scheduling, performance tracking, and enforcement of safety protocols.
    • Perform regular inspections to guarantee that work quality meets both company standards and client needs.
    • Establish and implement safety measures to uphold a secure working environment for all on-site personnel.
    • Maintain open communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project advancement, obstacles encountered, and solutions.
    • Keep accurate and current records of project activities, such as daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
    • Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during construction, including subcontractor disputes, design modifications, and unexpected site conditions.
    • Participate in various project meetings, encompassing pre-construction meetings, progress updates, and project completion meetings.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of solid experience as a Construction Superintendent focusing on $15M+ ground up K-12 commercial projects.
