Our dealership is seeking a motivated individual to lead our sales department.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth for the company.
You will manage a skilled sales and F&I team, and work closely with other departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Today we are the #1 dedicated Aprilia dealership in the country with customers coming in to pick motorcycles up from around the nation.
Our sales department has grown to the point where we need to expand and interview for a great sales manager.
We are committed to establishing long-term, mutually satisfying relationships with both our team members and our customers.
For this opportunity, we are looking for a strong candidate with proven experience as a sales manager in the powersports or similar industry.
Must be very proficient with the Perfect Sales Process, DMS, customer service, leadership, scheduling, write-ups, organization, and people management skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring and developing a top-performing sales team.What You'll Bring to the Table
Genuine interest and passion for motorcycles, riding, and the motorcycle culture, which enables you to connect with customers and team members on a personal level.
5+ years of experience in sales management or related fieldProven track record of achieving sales targets and goals
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, self-directed, and driven to win.
Technical knowledge and experience in powersports equipment is a plus.
Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed business decisions.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure workplace, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards, and implementing policies and procedures to minimize risks.

Your Role
As the Sales Manager, you will engage Imperial Sportbikes as if it were your own business.
You will manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team while helping the service and parts departments achieve their departmental and company goals.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and goals
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
Lead, coach and mentor a team of sales professionals
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Ensure customer satisfaction and manage any customer issues or complaints
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
