    Description

    Chuck Nash Auto Group is one of the largest & fastest growing automotive groups in San Marcos and we are seeking top talent to help grow our business and keep up with the high demand.

    Candidates must have experience working in a dealership accounting office and be familiar with CDK. As the Title Clerk and Billing Admin you will be responsible for processing car deals.

    You will verify costs for the accounting department, including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons and handle the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.

    Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance

    • Perform basic and routine accounting functions.
    • Process new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
    • Prepare tax and title documents.
    • Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
    • Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications.
    • Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete.
    • Stays abreast of title regulations and attends any available training on title regulations.
    • Document filing and scanning of processed car deals.
    • Provide clerical and administrative assistance to departments as needed.
    Automotive dealership experience preferred.

    • Experience processing tax and title documents a must.
