    Description

    Overview:
    Group 1 Automotive is looking to add a qualified TEXAS TITLE CLERK to their Austin area team.

    Responsibilities:
    Processes all new and used vehicles registrations

    Prepare tax and title documents

    Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicle

    Verify that funds have been collected before processing title applications

    Complete title transfers for all wholesale transactions and ensure funds are collected

    Ensures retail transactions are processed in a timely way.

    Contacts banks to obtain lien releases.

    Provide additional administrative support as needed.

    Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.


    Qualifications:
    Prefer 1 WEB dealer experience

    Previous experience working in a busy office environment preferred

    Strong attention to detail.

    Excellent follow-through skills

    High school diploma or equivalent.
