Customer Support Agent - Junior Title Specialist


We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, experienced automotive title clerk with the ability to resolve a high-volume of automotive title issues while maintaining excellent customer service.


What That Means
You'll be a key player.

You'll play an important part in resolving automotive title issues in all 50 states, improving our sales cycle, and working _on_ Peddle.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with our customers and partners to identify, record, and resolve title issues
  • Use problemsolving skills and best judgment to maximize profitability
  • Be a resource for our team for titlerelated inquiries
  • Provide feedback to improve processes, resources, and tools


Outside of resolving documentation issues, you'll be responsible for notifying leadership when our reference materials need to be updated, and you'll share your knowledge of titles with our team so they're better equipped to deal with title-related inquiries.


What You'll Need

  • 2+ years customer service experience (Automobile title processing a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Wellrounded technology capability (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • High school or equivalent education
