- High School Diploma or GED and 1 year experience in Customer Service, Retail or Clerical Setting is Required
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft based programs and computer products
- Must be able to handle/process high call volumes.
- An acute attention to detail/accuracy and effective note taking/documenting skills
- Ability to work independently to problem solve, organize, and prioritize tasks.
- Able to work effectively in a diverse work group and collaborate with multiple cross functional teams.
- Ability to communicate clearly, calmly & confidently on the telephone and email.

Adecco is assisting their client with their search forSecond ShiftCall Center Agents .
Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract
Start Date: Within the next few weeks.
Location: Flexible / Not In Office
Pay: $15.00 to 15.00/hr
Important Shift Information: Each shift will start early to late afternoons and will typically end by 10pm.
Must be able to work Saturdays.
Training will be 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
