Are you interested in joining one of the world's leading jewelry brands and playing a crucial role in Pandora's ongoing success? Pandora is seeking an experienced Customer Relations Representative (M/F/d) for our EMEA Distribution Center in Milton, KS.


In this position, you will be responsible for receiving and responding to communications from our stores, partners, and local market teams.

You will work in an international team with colleagues from different parts of the world, all working together towards a common goal.

A high level of motivation, collaboration, and empathy are essential to foster a positive team dynamic and a culture of high performance.

Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service in all your interactions, with a focus on productivity and taking ownership to efficiently and professionally resolve any queries.

As part of the team, you will also support communication with our Distribution Center functions to ensure prompt and accurate information sharing with all relevant teams.


MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively deliver exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries within promised timeframes
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, following established policies
  • Stay uptodate with changes in the markets and within the Distribution Center
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team spirit and a cando attitude

PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a B2B Operations Customer Care role, either virtual or in person, would be an advantage
  • High level of motivation and engagement
