You will also be responsible for accurately documenting information, updating customer records, and escalating unresolved issues as necessary. Salary: $850 to $1250 per week
Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and providing exceptional customer service
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers with their questions and concerns
• Accurately document all customer interactions and update customer records in the database
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further resolution
• Provide customers with product and service information, including pricing, availability, and promotions

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
