接线员(休斯顿)职责:
- 负责接听客户电话并响应客户查询,包括订单状态、产品问题、退货政策等。
- 在系统记录客户互动和问题解决情况。
- 分析客户问题,与国内团队一起提供有效、合适的解决方案。
- 维护高水平的客户满意度,及时跟进以确保所有客户需求得到满足。
- 与物流和仓库团队紧密合作,确保订单准确无误及时发出。
- 不断学习和更新产品知识,以更好地解答客户问题并推荐相关产品。
要求:
- 高中毕业或以上学历。
- 流利的英语沟通能力,优秀的电话礼仪和职业态度。
- 愿意接受灵活的工作时间,包括周末和假日。
- 能够熟练操作计算机和常用办公软件,如Microsoft Office。 有使用CRM软件的经验者优先。
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering customer calls and responding to inquiries including order status, product issues, return policies, etc.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
- Analyze customer issues and collaborate with domestic teams to provide effective and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring timely followup to meet all customer needs.
- Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure orders are accurately and promptly dispatched.
- Continuously learn and update product knowledge to better address customer questions and recommend relevant products.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher.
- Fluent in English with excellent telephone etiquette and professional attitude.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in using computers and common office software, such as Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM software is preferred.
Pay:
$1, $2,600.00 per month
