- Support Sales Manager: Help the Sales Manager with quotes and bids for customers and data entry.
- Contact Customers: Make warm calls to customers to find out about their job needs and who is working on them.
- Prepare Documents: Send out quotes, submittals, and LEED letters to customers.
- Communicate with Customers: Stay in touch with customers by phone and email to answer their questions and resolve any issues.
- Coordinate Projects: Help with organizing projects and providing needed documents for material samples and test results.
- Build Relationships: Connect with new and existing customers and maintain positive relationships.
- Be Adaptable: Handle unexpected situations and tasks as they come up.
- Experience: Some sales experience is preferred.
- Skills: Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Language: Bilingual English/Spanish not required but a plus.
