    Job DescriptionAdministrative AssistantLocation: Oakland, CAPay Range: $20-23/hrFull-Time, OnsiteHours: 7am-3:30pmWe're looking for an energetic and motivated person to join our client as an Administrative Assistant in the sales department. This is a great opportunity for someone with a little sales experience who wants to grow into an Inside Sales role. This position is temp-to-hire, with interviews available right away for this junior-level position.
    What You'll Do:
    • Support Sales Manager: Help the Sales Manager with quotes and bids for customers and data entry.
    • Contact Customers: Make warm calls to customers to find out about their job needs and who is working on them.
    • Prepare Documents: Send out quotes, submittals, and LEED letters to customers.
    • Communicate with Customers: Stay in touch with customers by phone and email to answer their questions and resolve any issues.
    • Coordinate Projects: Help with organizing projects and providing needed documents for material samples and test results.
    • Build Relationships: Connect with new and existing customers and maintain positive relationships.
    • Be Adaptable: Handle unexpected situations and tasks as they come up.
    What You Need:
    • Experience: Some sales experience is preferred.
    • Skills: Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Language: Bilingual English/Spanish not required but a plus.
