    Senior Financial Analyst – Commercial- Kenvue is currently recruiting for Senior Financial Analyst - Commercial . This position reports into Fort Washington, PA or Skillman, NJ, with up to 5% travel.

    What will you doThe Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial leadership in helping to lead the business by evaluating sales and marketing investment opportunities for growth, collaborating cross-functionally to evaluate pipeline innovation opportunities, and proactively making recommendations to manage short and long-term financial commitments.

    Responsibilities

    Provide strategic financial leadership for iconic Pain and Cold brands including Sales and P&L Forecasting, New Product Evaluation, P&L Reporting and Analysis, Brand Marketing Expense Management

    Analytical and strategic support for enterprise decision making in partnership with Local Marketing, Sales, Demand Planning, Project Management, and Global Marketing counterparts.

    Support of full marketing P&L management in collaboration with cross-functional partners, including ongoing assessments of risks vs. opportunities.
    Brand Marketing Expense management and investment optimization to support our forecast commitments.
    Direct partnership with category leads for sales forecasting and budgeting.
    Providing timely and accurate cost and financial information related to forecasts, new products, and budgets.
    Ad hoc support for projects, presentations, and process improvement initiatives with both finance and cross-functional management.
    Job Qualifications What we are looking for Required Qualifications

    A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
    A minimum of three (3) years of finance/accounting or related business experience is required.
    Intermediate to Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) experience required.
    Strong general business acumen and technical skills in forecasting, accounting, and investment analytics (i.e. NPV, etc.) are required.

    Strong ability to collaborate with business partners across organizational levels while balancing a complex portfolio of products in a cross-functional environment is required.

    Strong framing, communication, and influencing skills are required.
    Desired Qualifications

    A CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certification(s) are preferred.
    Experience with SAP and TM1 is preferred.
    Experience building and delivering PowerPoint presentations to various levels of the organization is preferred.
