**Sales Manager**

Sales Costa Mesa, California Minimum Experience **Experienced** Compensation **$70,000 Base** Outside Sales / Sales Manager

We are a growing, family owned, multifaceted company seeking organized and sales-focused individuals. We are looking for people with outstanding communication skills, a drive to succeed, a dedication to quality service and an eagerness to grow with us. This position is focused on creating new business for each region and specified department with a monthly sales target.

Organized, good attitude, with excellent time management skills

Consistent communication with Management and ability to follow directions

Brand advocate who brings passion, energy, drive & positivity into customer interactions and is comfortable working on their feet

Professional who takes attendance and integrity seriously, is reliable, task-focused & does the right thing

High level sales focus with generating new leads weekly

Expectation is that monthly sales target is hit after initial period

Strong multitasking, organizational and communication skills

What you would do:

Develop leads and positive relationships with customers

Generate new sales by department

Work with Project Manager to follow sale all the way to completion

Be knowledgeable of products and services offered

Work with Project Manager on pricing and available material

Represent the company in a positive, professional manner at all times
