    Technical Account Manager/Customer Success Manager - Remote in Eastern or Central Time Zones - US Citizenship Required

    Unique opportunity to join a growing organization in a remote Technical Account Manager position within an MSP. Leverage your previous technical expertise in this thriving market and make an impact on the business as a whole. While this role is not a hands-on technical role, the right person for the role will have previously held technical positions before transitioning to a TAM/CSM/vCIO position within an MSP.

    Who You Are
    • You have at least 2+ years of experience as a CSM or Technical Account Manager or vCIO, within a managed services provider environment (MSP experience is an absolute requirement)
    • You have 6+ years of overall experience in technical work including technical support, desktop support, systems and/or network engineering etc.
    • You're fascinated by cybersecurity and hungry to continue learning
    • Ideally you've supported multiple clients at once as your team handles their O365 migration projects or Azure cloud migration projects
    • You must be able to work on Eastern time or Central time and located in one of those areas
    • The nature of this business requires US Citizenship
    What You'll Do
    • Manage accounts in a pod structure at a leading MSP that supports government contractors, providing project management timelines and interfacing with clients
    • Leverage your technical background to better communicate needs to both the technical and nontechnical teams

    What does this position pay?
    Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

    The expected range for this role is $105,000 to $155,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
