In-Depth Engineering Corporation has an immediate opening for a Human Resource Generalist in our Columbia Maryland office. (Salary Range - $100K-130K plus generous benefits package)

The candidate must be an organized, self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of multi-tasking responsibilities crucial to our organization's success. The Human Resources Generalist works in a team of HR professionals, each of whom supports a set of supervisors and staff across a broad spectrum of HR and program related areas.

Job Duties include:

Performs Talent Acquisition: posting jobs, resume review, phone screening, interviews, maintaining records, onboarding.
Responsible for lifecycle management of staff executing a set of HR processes; performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, corporate ethics,
Executes employee benefits administration and annual healthcare enrollment
Recommendations and decisions on employee retention
Training Process Management; budgeting tracking registration and completion surveys
Leads process development and training for subset of corporate processes

· Executes Employee E-Verify, Vets100 and EE0-1 reporting

Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizen capable of achieving DoD Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. (Masters Degree preferred)
8-10 years of experience in Human Resources
Experienced recruiter w/strong understanding of candidate to hire execution
Proficient with setup and use of Human Capital Management Systems (Paycom preferred).
Previous experience at a Department of Defense engineering sector
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and independent worker
Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
Pleasant, tactful and professional demeanor and appearance
