The primary duties of the Tag & Title Coordinator are:

  • Provide advice and answer questions on licensing and registration policies and procedures
  • Serves as the lead and mentor of title clerks and oversee that title process is being completed accurately
  • Consistently upsell/crosssell AAA products including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals
  • Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during high call volumes

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Have a high school diploma/GED
  • Minimum of one (1) year of tag and title work; eighteen (18) months is preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of sales/customer service experience
  • Have effective communication skills both written and oral
  • Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs
  • Working knowledge of Motor Vehicle Title system preferred
  • Notary Public designation or the ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Notary Public designation with six (6) months of employment
  • Must maintain a satisfactory criminal history, as well as meet all statespecific legal requirements for this job.
  • Ability to successfully complete all required training workshops provided for Title Service Agents.
