$62,000 - $70,000 annually

Job Overview:
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the organization's computer systems, covering hardware, services, and applications. The role includes identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues for users.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to support tickets and phone calls.
Participate in an on-call rotation after mastering the environment.
Gain technical knowledge of the infrastructure to provide effective assistance.
Install, configure, update, and maintain hardware and software.
Assist with server maintenance tasks.
Develop and improve processes through continuous investigation.
Take on additional responsibilities as expertise grows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience/certifications.
At least 5 years of experience in IT.
Experience in tech support, desktop support, or similar roles.
Strong customer service skills and a willingness to help.
Proactive, self-motivated with strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Windows OS, O365, and computer hardware.
Willingness to travel within OR, and WA, possibly twice a month (travel expenses reimbursed).
