- Serve as the main point of contact for a global lead gen client managing $3M/mo+ in ad spend
- Manage 15 person account team across media channels, analytics, and research
- Ability to motivate a team, deliver the best for the client and constantly look for new opportunities to grow
- Build, manage, and maintain the client relationship
- Revenue & retention responsibilities for your account
- Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning for your team
- Analyze performance data and KPIs
- Lead expansion into new digital paid media channels to facilitate growth
- Stay up to date on current digital trends in the marketplace
- 9+ years of paid performance digital marketing experience
- 5+ year in a supervisory role directly overseeing other digital marketing professionals
- Experience working with B2B or lead gen clients
- Experience forecasting and allocating digital marketing budgets across channels
- Experience working on a global client
- You are a communication guru when presenting digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiences
- You frequently find yourself stepping into leadership roles and want those around you to succeed
- Not afraid to get in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forest, and ecosystem
- 'Driven' and 'Innovative' are attributes commonly associated with you
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Comfortable optimizing toward back-end metrics from a CRM such as Salesforce
- Experience in education accounts is a big plus
