    Description


    Plan, design, and conduct both qualitative and quantitative research studies, including writing research plans that outline study goals, user criteria, and research methodology.

    Work closely with the UX design team and various stakeholders by asking questions to identify research needs. Work closely with vendors to identify recruiting requirements, and to launch studies within our online client community. Conduct both moderated and unmoderated research studies, in-person or remotely. Identify the best research method or mix of methods based on research questions, timeline, and resources. Review and triangulate qualitative and quantitative data in order to generate strategic and tactical insights along with actionable recommendations. Synthesize findings into meaningful themes to create and present impactful readouts/reports for various audiences.

    Conduct logical analyses of business, scientific, engineering, and other technical problems, formulating mathematical models of problems for solution by computers.

    Design and conduct experiments to test the operation of software systems, frequently using techniques from data science and machine learning.


    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    Master's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Human Computer-Interaction or related field of study and 3 years of experience as a UX Researcher or related occupation.

    3 years of experience executing both qualitative and quantitative research, including usability test, card sorting, tree test, ethnographic research, contextual inquiry, persona development, heuristic evaluations, participatory design on web and mobile apps; 3 years of experience interacting with design and product teams; 3 years of experience working with agile/scrum software development methodology; Experience with user research methods, including heuristic analysis, usability studies, ethnographic studies, contextual inquiry, and concept testing; Experience working with Designers, Developers, Product Managers, and key stakeholders; Experience using UX/CX analytics tools; and Experience using survey tools, interactive prototyping tools, and remote research tools.

    SALARY:
