    Are you passionate about understanding user needs and behaviors? Do you thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, design, and development teams? We are seeking a UX Researcher to join our dynamic team, responsible for elevating user insights and championing user-centric design practices.


    Responsibilities:
    Interface with product, design, and development teams to advocate for user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
    Identify the research needs of stakeholders and recommend appropriate methodologies to address them effectively.
    Independently lead end-to-end research projects, from project initiation to data collection (fielding/interviewing) and presentation of findings.
    Develop comprehensive UX Research artifacts including proposals, moderator's guides, and results summaries.
    Skillfully synthesizes research findings into actionable insights.
    Proactively identify untapped research opportunities to enhance product value and execute them efficiently.
    Manage recruitment and maintain databases of targeted research participants sourced internally and externally.
    Act as a knowledge resource on user experience within the organization.


    Requirements:
    2+ years of hands-on experience conducting formal UX research.
    Master's Degree or higher in HCI, psychology, human factors, social science, or related fields.

    Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research techniques such as contextual inquiry, usability testing, competitive benchmarking, interviews, focus groups, and surveys.

    Deep passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
    Familiarity with UX Research tools like OptimalSort, UserZoom, , or similar platforms.
    Experience using survey platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or equivalent.
    Strong willingness to challenge conventional practices to address user needs better.
    Comfortable navigating ambiguity and uncertainty.
    Ability to work autonomously and drive projects forward independently.
