    Marketing Manager

    for a client in the

    greater Washington D.C. area

    . The ideal candidate will

    have previous experience in the medical space and is comfortable working autonomously on a small team

    . This is a

    hybrid, full-time, direct placement

    opportunity. The pay for this position is expected to be

    $105, ,000 annually

    .

    What You'll Do:
    Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company's overall business goals
    Manage the marketing budget and track ROI
    Create and manage content for the company's website, social media channels, and other marketing materials
    Develop and manage relationships with key media outlets and agencies
    Track and analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
    Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies

    What You'll Need:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
    5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related setting
    Experience in using social media platforms and other digital marketing channels
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics)
    Experience in CMS' (WordPress or similar)

    Experience with a CRM (HubSpot or similar)
