- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience in Client Success or Account Management.
- Healthcare experience is required.
- Experience in the fertility market strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Proven track record of driving customer service and satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify market trends and develop strategic account plans.
- Able to effectively navigate the complexities of a book of business with clients in multiple stages of their lifecycle.
- Effectively convey client needs to internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of Fertility Centers and Community Providers internally and externally.
- Build and maintain operational infrastructure in new markets, including onboarding and implementing Ambulatory Surgical Centers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at each fertility clinic in the portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase referrals and revenue across the portfolio.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to each clinic in the portfolio to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Provide training and support to clinic staff to improve their knowledge of our products and services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, and referral rates.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on portfolio performance and make recommendations for improvement.

We enable couples having trouble conceiving to proactively assess and treat male factor conditions. We have assembled a team of national experts to support men from initial conception planning to life impacting decisions.
Today 1 in 6 couples has trouble conceiving and in more than 50% of the cases a male factor is involved. Male fertility issues frequently go undiagnosed and untreated. Just as all women are treated by physicians with specialized gynecologic training and expertise, we believe men deserve treatment from male fertility specialists. Our goal is to proactively work with men to facilitate the birth of a healthy child as easily and inexpensively as possible
Posterity Health offers male fertility expertise through a combination of virtual visits, at home diagnostics, and in-person consults. Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Client Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of fertility clinics in the East region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, increasing referrals and revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction.
