    We're growing again and need a Senior Client Success Manager to join our team

    A2Z Sync is a disruptor in the automotive industry—transforming the sales process into a transparent experience for customers and providing the tools necessary for dealers to transact.

    Overview

    As a Senior Client Success Manager you are responsible for maximizing client success with our software by providing insight to best practices and process improvements. Our continuing success depends on our ability to foresee the business needs, identify opportunities for process improvement or work through challenges that arise.

    You will work closely with stakeholders to consult on best practices working as a partner to help the dealer achieve their desired outcomes to ensure ongoing success both during and after launch.

    As a long-term business partner, you will host regular meetings, provide training, as well as maximize growth and improve business performance in an effort to onboard additional rooftops.

    As a Sr. Client Success Manager you will take a proactive approach in seeking to develop a positive customer experience and support brand loyalty, providing onsite visits to each account on a regular basis requiring up to 75% travel based on the business requirements.

    Our office is located in the Denver Tech Center (DTC) in Greenwood Village, CO, but this position can be 100% remote. You'll be expected to be available during core "office hours", which are based on US Mountain Time.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for helping organizations solve issues, maximize growth, and improve business performance.
    • Ability to understand situational interpretations and analyze data to identify and understand challenges.
    • Identify progressive dealer opportunities and territories, planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
    • Seek to develop a positive customer experience fostering relationships and supporting brand loyalty promoting client retention.
    • Proactively manage your schedule, onboarding pipeline, and customer appointments.
    • Develop and demonstrate a high level of technical understanding as to how our end users utilize our solutions to optimize their processes, and gain efficiencies.
    • Collaborate with the Implementation Managers exchanging information including priorities, timelines, and issues as they arise during new launches and module upgrades.
    • Report dealer progress, including deliverables, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies to both customers, and management.
    • Inform existing customers in your designated market of new products and enhancements.
    • Assist in training module upgrades and feature enhancements.
    • Conduct sales presentations with stakeholders and decision-makers
    • Serve as an industry expert while staying abreast of industry trends, insights and competitive dynamics of the marketplace.
    • Travel to assigned dealers on a monthly/quarterly basis to provide onsite support, training, and launch support.
    • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and meetings to represent A2Z Sync and network with attendees.

    Skills & Experience

    Required:

    • 5-7 years of experience managing customer relationships.
    • Experience working at a software automotive company.
    • Demonstrated success working in a deadline driven and multi-task environment.
    • Strong understanding of dealership technology systems.
    • Passion for client experience and ability to be a self-starter.
    • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience.
    • Ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, written and verbal.
    • Ability to execute a healthy sales plan by selling solutions to large dealer clients.
    • Proven capacity to implement and provide training for SaaS software solution/sales process.
