    The Account Manager leverages extensive expertise to guide customers towards Honeywell PSS solutions. You will offer insights externally and internally and assist in crafting the right product messaging, customer support, and training for Honeywell teams. Your role involves aligning cross-functional teams with customer requirements, participating in pursuit strategy planning and customer negotiations, with a specific focus on the Walmart account.


      Key Responsibilities

    • Drive demand and achieve Revenue AOP
    • Engage with end-user customers individually, along with front-line sellers/product specialists, or distributor representatives to generate and close opportunities
    • Experience in negotiating contract values ranging from $200k to $20+ million with sales cycles of six to twelve months
    • Participate in sales calls with key clients to recommend products, provide technical sales support, and identify assistance required for closing significant opportunities
    • Work closely in the field with Product Specialists/Front-line Sellers to enhance product and compliance knowledge, aiding in closing deals with end-user customers. Conduct sales visits recommending products, offering demos, and training
    • Review SFDC pipeline, track trends, add coaching notes, and collaborate with zone managers on support required
    • Indicate demand to the supply chain by providing a detailed forecast. Make manual adjustments as needed
    • Inform demand planners about substantial purchases or unexpected spikes in demand
    • Engage in two-way communication with offering managers and engineering to convey industry insights, requested new product introductions, product feedback, and resolve issues within the LOB
    • Regular training on new product introductions, existing products, regulations, and key messaging

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in sales to Retailers

    CRUCIAL SKILLS

    • Demonstrated capability to build and nurture strong customer relationships
    • Thorough understanding of Honeywell and competitor platforms, products, and technologies
    • Background in technical writing and proposal preparation
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
    • Familiarity with industry compliance requirements and upcoming regulations
    • Capacity to deliver results through influence in a matrixed-team environment
    • Effective communication across language and cultural barriers
    • Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally
