    Join Wendwell Agency as a Wellness Advisor-Manager (Market Manager) and become a champion of health and wellness for the community. The HealthBox program is designed to deliver exceptional wellness products to those who need them most. As a Wellness Advisor-Manager, you will have the opportunity to guide customers through the qualification process for HealthBox based on their Medicaid, Medical, Medicare, or other insurance plans and assist them in submitting orders for our life-enhancing products. Those with Lifeline and ACP experience are encouraged to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Wellness Advisors-Collectors.
    • Ensure program compliance with guidelines and regulations, including HIPAA.
    • Develop and implement strategies for effective customer qualification and engagement.
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • A degree in business, health sciences, nutrition, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic customer service approach.
    • A background in healthcare, wellness, customer service, or sales is advantageous.
    • A self-starter with a proactive attitude who thrives in a dynamic, remote work environment.
