    Join Wendwell Agency as a Wellness Advisor-Collector and become a champion of health and wellness. Our HealthBox program is designed to deliver exceptional wellness products to those who need them most. As a Wellness Advisor-Collector, you will have the opportunity to guide customers through the qualification process for HealthBox based on their Medicaid, Medical, Medicare, or other insurance plans and assist them in submitting orders for our life-enhancing products. Those with Lifeline and ACP experience are encouraged to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    • Qualify customers for the HealthBox and other health related programs based on their coverage under Medicaid, Medical, Medicare, or select health insurance plans.
    • Clearly explain the benefits of HealthBox and other health related programs and assist customers in understanding how they can take advantage of it at no out-of-pocket cost.
    • Assist in the seamless submission of orders for HealthBox, ensuring customers have a smooth and supportive experience.
    • Offer ongoing support and advice to ensure customers receive the products that best suit their wellness needs.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of health products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

    Qualifications:

    • A degree in business, health sciences, nutrition, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic customer service approach.
    • A background in healthcare, wellness, customer service, or sales is advantageous.
    • A self-starter with a proactive attitude who thrives in a dynamic, remote work environment.
