Your Role
Your core functions, under the direction of the firm's Managing Director, would include:
Provide - to businesses, individuals and families - wealth and investment management advisory services
Via our affiliated advisor practices, and in collaboration with your practice professionals, offer and provide - to operating companies - investment banking and strategic advisory services as capital-raising, mergers, sales and acquisitions, and growth and exit planning and execution
As we are mid-sized firms, naturally become involved with other company-building activities, including participation in general company marketing, branding, business development, technology initiatives, and operational activities.
Qualifications10 Years+ of relevant investment advisory / wealth management origination and client management experience
Clean compliance and regulatory history, including currently active licenses (i.e., 7, 63, 65, 66, 79)
Business development and client management experience in the "Owner / Operator" client demographic, especially as to the "dual value-add" for this demographic of wealth management PLUS business exit planning and M&A
A passion and enthusiasm for relationships and a deep understanding of their importance in the modern deal environment
Ability and desire to work and win in a hybrid (virtual and in-person), highly collaborative, highly professional team environment
