    Description:

    -Acting as primary liaison between customer and bank, answering questions and solving problems involving all bank departments

    Required Qualifications:

    -1 year of call center experience (open to any industry)

    -Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

    Other Details:

    -Located in Downtown Denver - will be in person for 2-3 months for training and then will move fully remote

    -Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm or 10-6:30pm
