Fernando Pereira Gomes

A photographer and coffee professional from São Paulo, Brazil. My love for photography and for café culture stems from the same place - a desire to seek and capture defining moments and experiences. Creating a sense of communion in an interaction, be it taking a portrait or serving a latte, is at the forefront of my mission in either endeavor. In both professions, I aim to create work that is rooted in a deep respect for the craft, while maintaining a strong vision and dedication to excellency.

Specialty coffee barista with 4+ years of experience. Proficient in dialing in coffee; executing espresso and milk drinks with strong latte art in varying milk textures and milks; great customer service skills, hosting in a warm, pleasant, and calm manner; resolving issues on the floor in a hectic and fast paced environment; espresso machine care; opening and closing tills; teaching and training new employees.

Deep coffee knowledge; managerial experience; menu creation; bar development; conflict resolution and effective communication skills with coworkers, superiors, and clientele.
