    Combat Corner Professional is seeking a highly motivated, motivational, and results-driven experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue. Your primary objectives will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, training, hiring, and education of the sales team, and ensure the achievement of sales objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    ? Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets on an individual and team basis.

    ? Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

    ? Monitor sales team performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress, identify trends, and implement corrective actions if necessary.

    ? Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and threats. (SWOT)

    ? Ensure follow-up of all custom quotation activity is accurate and quoted properly.

    ? Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, sewing, printing, and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products or services.

    ? Participate in trade shows, Combat Corner vents, and other industry marketing events to enhance brand visibility and network with potential customers.

    ? Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives.

    Requirements

    ? Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory

    ? Proven experience as a Senior Regional, Director, or National Sales Manager in sales to distributors, wholesalers, and franchises.

    ? Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and practices.

    ? Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective relationships with your sales team, customers and colleagues.

    ? Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    ? Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    ? Proficiency in using Hubspot CRM software and other sales productivity tools.

    ? Availability to travel
