Description

Brookfield is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing an international client base (France/Ireland/Italy) in the sales department.

Your main tasks will include creating and processing offers and orders, providing support to the Area Sales Managers and field sales representatives, and handling customs and shipping documents for EU and non-EU exports.

You will also assist with resolving customer complaints in collaboration with the Area Sales Managers.

To be successful in this role, you should have fluency in French and German, as well as basic knowledge of English.

A completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification is required, along with previous experience in export and customs processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary, and knowledge of SAP ERP is preferred.
