Autism Speaks dynamic Marketing and Communications team is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

The position will provide administrative, project coordination and production support for all fundraising, marketing and communication efforts and activities of the organization for the marketing department.

This includes facilitating organization custom design and print and promotional requests, advertising development, media placement, and oversight and management of merchandise and print portals development and usage.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing SupportManage flow and creation of organization material and communications requests to ensure deadlines are met within budget.

Coordinate production of print materials, event materials, advertisements, and merchandiseLiaise with graphic designer and Marketing/Communications departments on creation of organization materials.

Coordinate PSA production placement for Walk events including print, video, and radio.
Coordinate presentation requests by organization.
Assist with sales presentations and campaign recap reports as needed by Development teams.
Monitor inventory of print and promotion items to ensure efficient order control.
Process accounting print and promotion monthly billing by department code.
Evaluate printing and/or (promotional) merchandise project requests and manage competitive bidding processes.
Work on Ad hoc creative projects as needed.
Project management duties for WAM campaign.

Conduct thorough research on internal work requests to disseminate to proper leader/staff member for review and final approval from Chief Marketing Officer as necessary.

Collateral and Materials ManagementChief administrator of internal marketing work management software to submit and review creative collateral requests and provide guidance on most efficient approach to fulfillment.

Coordinate marketing materials production, ordering and fulfillment mechanism for staff.
Facilitate staff training for ordering systems. (The responsibilities listed above are representative and not all inclusive. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor/s.

As outlined in your performance goal setting forms, you will be responsible for achieving the goals provided by and agreed upon with your manager.)

POSITION REQUIREMENTSEducation:

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experienceExperience: 3+ years' experience in print production and project management a must, marketing and/or sales supportSpecialized Skills and Knowledge:Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented, ability to multi-taskStrong communications skills, both written and oral, with ability to express key concepts, share ideas and information effectively.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilityAbility to identify and develop resources to maximize efficiency and flexibility.
Ability to work in teams, as well as work independently.

Working knowledge of print production processesIntermediate proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointFamiliarity with Lytho work management software and Brandfolder asset management software a plusCORE COMPETENCIES:

Salary & Benefits:
Autism Speaks offers a competitive compensation, benefit and vacation package.

Salary range is $53,700 - $58,195, depending on candidate's relevant years of experience. Autism Speaks is an employer that participates in E-Verify.
