Lenwood Capital is one of the leading debt investment managers, investing institutional capital with various strategies in real estate financing in the German and pan-European markets. Lenwood invests in real estate-backed financing across the entire capital structure, covering mostly all asset classes. These can include senior, junior, and mezzanine or whole loan financing.

For our team in Munich, we are currently looking for an associate (m/f/d) for the portfolio and risk management department.

Your responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of completed financing and credit portfolio, review of covenants, analysis, assessment, and management of credit risks, customer communication
  • Liaison between regulatory portfolio manager and asset management of real estate credit engagements
  • Customer negotiation, preparation of reports and reviews, and presentation of analysis results to investment committees
  • Implementation of approval requirements in documentation
  • Regular exchange of information and coordination with internal and external interfaces, such as key account managers, appraisers, lawyers, regulatory portfolio management, and fund management
  • Implementation of risk strategy for fund mandates

Your profile:

  • Completed degree (BA, MA) in a legal, economic, or technical field
