    Description
    As an Office Coordinator you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing administrative support across the organization. Your main responsibilities will include managing office supplies, coordinating office activities, and maintaining a pleasant and productive work environment. Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
    • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and HR tasks.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

      salary: $20 - $25 per hour
      shift: First
      work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
      education: Bachelors

      Responsibilities
      • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive and helpful attitude.
      • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
      • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
      • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
      • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering items as needed.
      • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office documentation.
      • Support HR in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
      • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with budget tracking.
      • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
      • Assist in planning and organizing company events and team-building activities.
