- Support departmental operations through standard procedures, file management, and financial reporting.
- Organize and maintain construction files in compliance with document retention policies.
- Coordinate the reconciliation and closure of financial and administrative documents.
- Manage vendor proposals, invoices, pay applications, and change orders.
- Ensure timely processing and payment of invoices and pay applications.
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to manage Tenant Improvement Allowance (TIA), license applications, and other related tasks for new and existing stores.
- Submit, track, and manage primary and supplemental funding requests for project budgets.
- Assist in the bidding process, store walk-throughs, and warranty procedures.
- Coordinate notice collection, store construction document storage, and new store address verification.
- Ensure the timely delivery of monthly REC packages to team members and vendors.
- Provide assistance to team members in utilizing Project Management Software.
- Coordinate and support ad-hoc reporting requests from leadership.
