- Develop and standardize marketing initiatives for FMS programs.
- Create engaging content for FMS websites, corporate support sites, and project communications.
- Provide tactical support for executing marketing plans, including graphic design and content maintenance.
- Lead the development and upkeep of PowerPoint presentations and digital libraries.
- Update communication templates and FMS SharePoint sites.
- Monitor program rollout timelines for marketing content development and distribution.
- Ensure project requirements, program socialization, and SharePoint management deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to maintain company brand standards and change management practices.
- Support FMS managers through presentations, collateral development, and training webinars.
- Coordinate education presentations and graphics for leadership meetings.
- Create internal reference guides for program or service offerings.
- Assist with promoting open requisitions and updating job postings in collaboration with HR.
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3+ years of relevant technical experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint.
- Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Background in marketing is preferred.
