Description
Overview and Essential Functions A successful SR Manager Billing shall be responsible for coordinating and managing billing funcitions across multiple offices within their region.
Shall maintain and monitor billing operations across an array of projects to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness. Organize and develop the materials/labor units from new Purchase Orders into a job/contract for our billing system. Manage lien waivers and Exhibit B's of sub contractors. Oversee redline/as built's processes. Shall assist in any training surrounding billing processes for project managers and supervisors.At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of general office functions; proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software with emphasis on Microsoft and/or Google; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.
AN ESTIMATED 25% TRAVEL WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION Functions the ability to work safely, with or without supervision; the ability to read understand, interpret, input, and analyze data with a high degree of accuracy and completeness; excellent manual dexterity; the ability to coordinate the activities of others; the ability to organize workload to determine priority of duties; the ability to communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed.
