Description

This role is crucial in ensuring that company revenue goals are achieved by being the main point of contact for a group of clients. The ideal candidate must excel in sales, problem-solving, and representing clients within the company. Moreover, they will oversee customer projects, managing timelines and dependencies efficiently.

Facilitates communication between Sales and Operations departments
Functions as a business manager, analyzing outcomes, providing advice, and proactively suggesting ways for enhancement
Develops strong relationships with key Clients, both internal and external partners
Acts as a business advisor by giving suggestions to enhance marketing outcomes
Handles client billing and related matters effectively
Advocates for Clients to ensure precise documentation and execution of requests and orders
Prepares account status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing various client information
Resolves customer concerns by conducting thorough research and presenting results objectively
Maintains a positive and enthusiastic demeanor

Successful candidates will demonstrate a high level of entrepreneurship, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to quickly build credibility and connections with a diverse group of people. They should possess a diverse skill set and a track record of achieving exceptional results in a metrics-driven and time-sensitive setting.
