    Responsibilities FOUNDATIONS RECOVERY NETWORK (a UHS company)Foundations Recovery Network (FRN) is a nationwide leader in the treatment of co-occurring addiction and mental health disorders.

    In 2015, FRN became the Addiction Treatment Services Division for Universal Health Services.

    "Position Summary:


    The Account Manager (FRN Sales) is responsible for achieving the desired utilization of the organization's continuum of care through sales and marketing principles while maintaining strong relationships with key customers.

    This position will be actively involved in designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support expansion and growth of company services, products, and brand.

    This position will be involved in discussions related to a wide variety of issues for potential sales growth opportunities and future projects while managing a variety of digital assets, marketing campaigns, digital touch points.

    This position will own the development and implementation of strategies for target customer channels, maintenance of analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.

    Working on behalf of the UHS hospitals, this position is accountable to understanding budgeted referral calls for each facility and the market overall and for generating the required budgeted referral calls.


    Essential Job Duties:

    Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of each of the facility's programs and services, including and Inpatient/ Outpatient programs, the admissions process, exclusion criteria and payer dynamics.

    Makes contacts with referral sources and establishes appropriate professional relationships with potential and current referral sources. Uses all tools and resources available to stay connected to assigned accounts on a regular basis.

    Maintains profiles on key customers and uses proven effective sales skills to ask questions, understand the unique needs of the customer and ask for business.

    Develops individual sales plans, territory management and routing schedules for review with supervisor.

    Adjusts plans as directed based on business needs Develops and maintains an understanding of voluntary and involuntary admissions status and the facility's procedures regarding processing these admissions.

    Qualifications Education:
    Bachelor's Degree


    Master's Preferred Skills:
    Exceptional organization skills to manage a large list of accounts across a large territory. Exceptional and in-depth knowledge of the substance use disorder industry; preferred to have established relationships. Strong transactional and relational sales skills required.


    License or Registration Requirements:

    Valid Driver's License*Travel Requirements:

    Maximizes the use of other forms communications (phone, email, etc.) to minimize the use of resources and money associated with travel.

    Use Concur at all times when making reservations for car rental and hotel accomodations. Be Knowledgeable of the company's policy in travel and entertainment expenses.


    Schedule:

    Monday through FridayTravel Expenses:
    Must have a personal credit card to purchase travel and miscellaneous expenses incurred while performing assigned duties. Accurately completes expense reports in a timely manner for reimbursement to be approved by Supervisor and Finance.
