Description
As part of the Patton Logistics family of companies, The Account Manager role in our Route Consultant Purchasing Alliance (RCPA) entity will play a key role in expanding our client base, maximizing profitability and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Serving as a dedicated team member of RCPA, the AM will promote the benefits of our free purchasing alliance membership, which extends unmatched savings across our expansive vendor network to logistics professionals across the country.
RequirementsFacilitate the onboarding process for new clients signing up for servicesEnsure smooth transition and understanding of the organization's services, benefits and proceduresAssist clients in completing necessary application forms and ensure timely submission and accuracyWork closely with underwriting team to assess client applications and ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresProvide personalized reviews of client accounts to evaluate usage and identify opportunities to maximize profitabilityDevelop and maintain relationships with potential clients through proactive outreach, networking and attending industry eventsMaintain accurate client information in company CRMKnowledge / SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience of 2+ years in sales or client relationship managementTransportation and/or logistics industry knowledge is a plus Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce)Core CompetenciesExcellent time management and organizational skillsExceptional interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, detail orientedCollaborative and motivatingAbout Patton Logistics Family of CompaniesHeadquartered in Brentwood, TN, our organization consists of financial and transportation entities as well as a brokerage consulting services organization specializing in connecting new and experienced logistics professionals & business owners.

This position will require candidate to primarily work from the office, but some work-from-home flexibility is included.
