    Job Summary

    The Electronics Engineer Support Specialist will be responsible for the growth and support of HW development that is critical to SiTime's test infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing and supporting the fabrication and assembly of high-quality PCBs, BOM selection and inventory management, and provide engineering support for PCB development. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will contribute and learn in a collaborative team environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage vendors to execute PCB fabrication and assembly
    • Manage and deliver PCB builds for engineering groups
    • Manage BOM inventory and assist in component selection for PCB builds
    • Troubleshoot and solve issues with PCB builds
    • Provide engineering support for PCB development, cabling, and lab bench setup

    Required Attributes:

    • AS in Electronics or Electronics Technology
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
    • Minimum 3 years of experience managing PCB fabrication and assembly, scheduling, and cost
    • Expert in PCB fabrication and assembly quality
    • Hands-on experience with PCB assembly (hand-solder and reflow)
    • Expert in circuit debug, touch-up, and rework
    • Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 30 lbs.

    Base pay is one part of SiTime's Total Rewards Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity-based compensation.
